All orders are sent
out within 28 days of receiving order. If item is not in stock
the customer will be notified as to when the item will be
available. No items may be returned unless damaged (refund will
only be given once compensation has been received from Postal
Service). Photographic Approvals service is not included in this
statement.
Payment including postage must be received in full and have
gone through the banking system before any order is sent out. We
do not accept credit card payments.
Payment must be made by either
English Bank Cheque in English Money or by using PAY PAL
Customers must pay all conversion fees.
Payment to be made to DP&G Publications
All our products listed have been weighed using digital scales and
the information is shown next to the price of that item in grams. To
avoid any misunderstanding with regards payment for postage the following
terms apply:
Customers in the UK should add up the weight of their orders (allowing
200gms per parcel for packing) if sent by 1st or 2nd
class Post should add for Recorded Delivery or if sent by Parcel Post
add for an additional compensation for up to £100. Look up on the Royal
Mail Website: WWW.ROYALMAIL.COM and calculate their postage cost add
this cost to that of their books and send payment in the normal way.
Delivery in the UK is within 7 days of item being posted unless notified
different.
All Customers outside the U.K. should
add up the weight of their orders (allowing 300gms per parcel for packing)
and add for the payment of "International Signed For" per
parcel.
For Orders over £ 30.00 the
customer is required to include payment for "Extra Compensation"
D.P. & G. will only replace
the first £ 30.00 worth of any order if the Customer has not included
this payment. Orders for E.U. are sent "Printed Paper Rate",
orders outside Europe are sent "Surface Mail". In both cases
the Max. weight for a parcel is 5 Kg. However 300gms should be allowed
for packing materials.
To save time when placing
orders they should look up on the Royal Mail Website WWW.ROYALMAIL.COM
and calculate their postage cost (including cost of International Signed
For and Extra Compensation) and add this cost to that of their books
and send payment in the normal way.
Whilst on the Royal Mail Website, they should
also look up the deliver time for their order to arrive allowing in
the summer for an extra two weeks for our holiday period.
